Based on a commercial contract, the foreign corporation operations are performed under a Mexican company owned by the “shelter” provider without conforming a so called "permanent establishment" under income tax law.

At the expiration of the initial term of the contract the foreign corporation shall have the option either to extend it or to operate under its own Mexican corporation.
